楊志剛,清華大學材料學院黨委書記,教授,博士生導師。多年以來,一直從事金屬材料的相變、金屬氧化以及表面處理等方面的研究工作,先後承擔了國家自然基金項目,教育部新世紀優秀人纔支持計劃項目,國家科技部863項目,國際合作項目等多項科研課題,參與中國和日本的超級鋼項目的研究工作,共發表SCI收錄學術論文一百餘篇,合作出版了兩部學術專著和兩部教材。在鋼中界面能、晶內鐵素體形核、貝氏體相變、金屬氧化等方面獲得了一些重要的研究成果。曾獲國家教育部科技進步一等獎、二等獎,科技部杜邦科技創新獎,清華大學學術新人獎等多項獎勵。
