本書以模塊教學為指導,共設置了六大教學模塊,內容涵蓋了酒店前廳、客房、餐飲及康樂等主要前臺部門的一線服務內容。教材注重學生能力的培養以及“教”與“學”的緊密結合,各模塊均設置若干學習任務。各任務包括知識導入、熱身練習、模擬對話、課堂活動、拓展閱讀以及綜合練習六個環節,體現了“教、學、練”一體化的教學理念,突出了高職教育的特色。
