薛正香、朱秀萍主編的《酒店英語》以酒店服務
與管理崗位必備的專業知識和技能為學習內容，以酒
店前廳、客房、餐廳和康樂情景為主線，圍繞著真實
的工作任務，突出典型工作崗位應具備的依言行事的
能力。
本書分為4大學習情境，共19個單元。其中，前
廳服務6個單元，客房服務5個單元，餐廳服務4個單
元，康樂服務4個單元。每個單元包括單元知識總括
、課時任務學習和單元復習。每課分為4個部分，分
別包括知識目標、技能目標、教學過程和知識加油站
。其中，教學過程包括6個任務，這6個任務分別為單
