劉梅華編著的《出國交換學習與大學生個人全面
發展之個案研究(英文版)(精)》通過問卷調查和訪談
的形式分析了海外交換經歷對大學生個人綜合發展的
影響，主要結果如下：（1）學生出國交換的目的和
期望眾多；（2）通過交換，學生們的學業和語言收
獲頗豐，提高了跨文化交際能力，增強了中國人的身
份意識，提高了獨立生活的能力和在不同文化中生活
的能力。同時他們也發現要真正融入當地文化和生活
中仍存在一定難度。
