作者簡介

康大安，是美國芝加哥馬歇爾法學院教授。她不僅以優異的成績從加利福尼亞大學伯克利分校（ the University of California at Berkeley）獲得了文學士學位，而且還從耶魯大學法學院（ the Yale Law School）獲得了法學博士學位。她還曾擔任耶魯法律評論（ the Yale Law Review）的編輯。在2005年至2009年間，康大安教授還多次到我國的北京和吉林等地進行授課。
