DL/T 5742—2016 水電水利地下工程施工測量規範（英文版）

This specification is formulated to unify the technical requirements for and ensure the quality of hydropower and water resources underground works to meet the needs of underground construction. This specification is applicable to construction survey of hydropower and water resources underground works. This specification uses the root mean square error （RMS error） as the measure of construction survey accuracy， and uses the two times RMS error as the tolerance. A sound quality assurance system shall be established， and all survey activities shall observe the requirements stated in the quality assurance system documentation. The survey organization or professionals engaged in the underground works construction survey shall possess the appropriate qualification certificates. The survey crew shall observe a set of rules and criteria that are compliant with DL/T 5173 Specification of Construction Survey in Hydroelectric and Hydraulic Engineering. The survey crew shall design and optimize the construction survey methodology according to the specific drawings， topographic and geologic conditions.

This specification is developed according to the requirements of Document GNKJ （2012） No. 326 Notice on the Preparation and Revision Plan for the second batch of Energy Industrial Standards in 20/2 issued by National Energy Administration.
