陳嶽，中國人民大學國際關繫學院教授，兼任教育部高等學校政治學類專業教學指導委員會副主任、全國高校國際政治研究會理事長。主要講授“國際政治學概論”“國際關繫理論研究”等學科基礎課程。主要研究領域包括國際關繫理論、當代國際關繫、中國對外關繫的理論與實踐。著有《中國的周邊外交》(1997)、《國際政治經濟學概論》（1999，合著）、《國際政治學概論》（2006第二版、2010第三版）、《中國國際地位分析》（2002）、《國際政治學學科地圖》（2016，主編）等，發表學術論文數十篇。
