    張萌、王能民、何正文 著
    "張萌,西安交通大學管理學院專職科研博士後,助理研究員。主要研究方向為危險品運輸車輛路徑優化。在IEEE TITS、IEEE TEM等國際主流期刊發表學術論文5篇,在運籌與管理等國內重要刊物發表論文4篇;參與國家自然科學基金重點項目、面上項目各1項。王能民,西安交通大學三級教授,博士生導師,天山學者講座教授,昆明理工大學兼職教授;入選重量人纔計劃、教育部“新世紀優秀人纔支持計劃”、海爾首屆雨林學者; 團中央第19批博士服務團成員,任昆明理工大學校黨委常委、校長助理(2019年1月至12月);中國繫統工程學會可持續運營與管理繫統分會秘書長,中國優選法統籌法與經濟數學研究會高等教育管理分等
