    作者簡介


    潘國輝,網名“西剎子”,現居北京,國家首批一級建造師,2000年畢業於瀋陽建築工程學院工業自動化專業,具有13年安全防範與視頻監控從業經驗。曾經服務於SIEMENS、TYCO、NICE等公司,具有大量的機場、鐵路、地鐵、平安城市、智能樓宇等安防項目的規劃/設計/實施/調試/服務經驗,目前在一家跨國公司任職高級安防經理,全面負責公司安防繫統規劃、設計、運維、管理、應急響應、風險控制、培訓等。曾先後在國內多個主流安防雜志上發表過大量論文,個人網站(www.sas123.cn“安天下”),口號是“安防天下、服務萬家”,旨在與業內朋友分享、交流、探討安防行業的新技術、新產品及應用。
