蔣驍華，1965年10月生，湖南永州市人。1986年畢業於湖南師範大學，獲學士學位；1991年畢業於北京外國語學院（現北京外國語大學），獲碩士學位；1996年畢業於北京大學，獲博士學位；2000年-2001年獲國家*資助在美國加州Monterey Institute of International Studies 翻譯
