    作者簡介
        韓貴清,1954年5月生,中共黨員,大學學歷,二級研究員,中共十八大代表。原黑龍江省農業科學院院長兼黨組書記、黑龍江現代農業研究院院長、黑龍江省農業委員會副主任;現任黑龍江省人民政府參事、黑龍江省政協教科文衛委員會副主任委員;國際農業教育科學院院士;國際農業經濟研究中心主任、英國皇家農業大學教授;中國農業科學院、甘肅農業大學、哈爾濱師範大學、東北農業大學博士研究生導師;農業部第九屆科學技術委員會委員;黑龍江省草業科學學科領軍人纔和黑龍江省農學會理事長;黑龍江省草業協會會長等。先後榮獲國家科學技術進步獎二等獎1項、黑龍江省科技進步獎一等獎2項和省長特別獎3項;榮獲國務院政府特殊津貼、農業部第三屆中華農業英纔獎、全國農技推廣標兵和黑龍江省**中青年專家等稱號。多次在北京大學、中央黨校、中國科學院和第三屆世界農科院院長高層討論會做專題演|井、報告;出版多部專*;多次在聯合國開發計劃署農業技術轉移大會、全國農業科技創新大會、全國農業人纔工作會議、全國農業教育培訓工作會議和省委人纔工作會議等會議上進行經驗交流和大會發言。
