《商務法律英語》面向非英語國家有志於學習美國法律的法科學生以及律師等法律從業人員。全書分為15章，由淺到深，由基礎到高階。每章前置導讀，章內主要介紹各個概念，包括含義、來源、與其他概念的聯繫，其中穿插著案例和思考題。章末有必要詞彙和練習，是對本章所學知識的檢驗和夯實。

Woods，美國俄克拉荷馬大學法律博士 (JD) ，美國俄克拉荷馬大學戲劇導演藝術碩士(MFA) ；現為美國亞歷桑那大學駐中國海洋大學法律項目主任。此前，在美國洛杉磯電影學院、美國俄克拉荷馬大學法學院以及美國荷克拉荷馬城市大學教授娛樂業商法、娛樂業法和庭審程序等，並曾在中國廣西大學教授美國商法。在擔任教職前，在美國洛杉磯比弗利山莊長期從事娛樂業律師工作,是很多好萊塢電影制作方的法律顧問，以及若干電視制作公司、人纔代理公司、制片人、導演、編劇及音樂家的法律代表。2011年，獲得在美國聯邦最高法院的出庭資格。除了法學教育與律師工作外，還制作過三部電視劇，其中一部於2012年獲得“最富靈感的電視節目Epiphany獎”。此外，曾在美國阿肯色州、洛杉磯以及蒙古、中國南寧等地制作了一繫列戲劇作品。 武小鳳，本科畢業於西南政法大學；中國人民大學法學博士，中國政法大學博士後；曾於甘肅政法學院任教，現為洛陽師範學院法學與社會學院副教授。2009年至2010年，赴美國俄克拉荷馬城市大學做訪問學者，主要研究領域為美國刑事被害人救助；2013至2015年，在俄克拉荷馬城市大學法學院國際中心從事國際交流方面的學術與行政工作；後於俄克拉荷馬大學攻讀法學碩士學位，主要方向為美國法歷史與美國憲法、美國印第安人法律體繫。曾在《政法論壇》《現代法學》《法學家》《環球法律評論》《法學前沿》（Frontiers of Law in China）以及OKCU Law Review等刊物上發表論文十餘篇；出版《衝突與對接——刑事法律和解制度研究》等專著。 \"
