內容簡介
商務英語旨在培養學生將英語作為世界性語言工具應用於跨文化商務的能力.《靠前商務禮儀》是商務英語的重要課程,是培養學生在跨文化交際中的能力、意識、規範和行為的課程。它給予學生的應是一種跨文化能力和意識,而非限於知識的記憶。本教材通過項目、任務執行、移動課堂、情景模擬等教學形式引導學生在不同商務環節扮演角色,互相成為對方的學習環境和資源,構建逼真的跨文化商務環境,在體驗中自主學習。同時,本教材文化背景,設置中國學生與外國學生相互協作,模擬談判、會議、面試等各個跨文化商務場景,比較文化差異,分析文化根源,共同探討解決方案,這在日趨靠前化的中國高校中具有可行性,在浙江工商大學商務英語教學改革中已取得階段性成果。通過靠前化的真實環境體驗和任務趨導,使學生自主提高商務禮儀交際能力和跨文化意識,這是今後適用於任何文化場景的“授之以漁”式的教學模式。
