由Qiang Zhu、John Gould、Yuanhong Li、Chengxiang Ma主編的《雨水集蓄利用--農業和供水應用(英文版)(精)》起源於商務部支持的蘭州**雨水集蓄利用培訓班編寫的教材。自2003年開班以來已舉辦了10餘期，在此基礎上，由**外雨水集蓄利用領域內的**專家通力合作寫成的一部專著。主要論述了通過利用雨水這一**規水資源，解決**面臨的水資源短缺問題的思路，著重介紹了如何提高雨水資源的利用效率和單位雨水產出，以及建設雨水集蓄利用工程中，科學方法和傳統方法的結合。本書是多年來雨水集蓄利用試驗研究和實踐經驗的總結，許多內容是**次公布。
