由李廣輝編著的《仲裁法(高等教育法學繫列精編教材)》共分十章，由三個部分組成：仲裁法總論、仲裁法分論與涉外仲裁法論。全書以中國現行仲裁立法以及相關**仲裁公約為依據，力圖反映出我國商事仲裁立法的基本內容與體繫，在適當參考與借鋻**外有關仲裁法學*新研究成果的基礎上，根據法學本科生教學之特點，較為科學地、繫統地、準確地闡述了仲裁法學的基本原理和制度，並力求在內容上融知識性、科學性、繫統性與實踐性的有機統一。該書不僅可以作為高等學校政法院繫本課生教科書，還可以作為商事仲裁法律實務部門的參考用書。
