    作者簡介
    趙時璐 著
    瀋陽大學副教授,遼寧省及瀋陽市熱處理學會常務理事,主要從事金屬材料及材料加工工程專業的科研與教學工作,研究方向是真空鍍膜表面改性及熱處理表面改性技術。近十年,申請者一直氮化物硬質膜的研究,在合金靶材成分設計、沉積工藝控制、膜層組織結構、力學性能及切削性能檢測等方面具有充分的理論和實踐經驗。
    摘要
    本書研究了各類高性能切削刀具及其塗層刀具的切削性能,以及該刀具在切削加工中的應用現狀,具體介紹了高速鋼切削刀具、硬質合金切削刀具、陶瓷切削刀具、金剛石切削刀具及立方氮化硼切削刀具的切削性能;以及單一塗層刀復合塗層刀多層復合塗層刀具的切削性能和刀具塗層的各種制備技術;同時分析了我國切削刀具的存在問題與對策。高性能及其塗層刀具可有效地延長刀具的使用壽命,使刀具獲得良好的綜合機械性能,從而大幅度提高其機械加工效率。
