內容提要

殷軍編著的《生藥學實驗(第2版全國高等醫藥院 校藥學類實驗教材)》為全國高等醫藥院校藥學類實 驗教材，依據高等醫藥院校生藥學教學大綱編寫，為 適應教育國際化的要 求，增加了英文對照內容，以便於學生在閱讀英文文 獻、撰寫英文論文時參考。全書分為實驗技術和實驗 內容兩 部分。在實驗技術部分中主要論述了生藥學實驗中常 用的顯微、理化鋻別及含量測定的方法和注意事項； 在實驗 內容部分為了讓學生*好地掌握生藥鋻別的共性，按 照藥用部位分類收載了20個實驗，基本涵蓋了生藥學 研究的 各個方面，尤其是加入了開發性實驗(藥材標準的制 定)、自我測試實驗(未知生藥粉末的鋻別)以及應用 本領 域新技術的實驗(生藥川芎的HPLC指紋圖譜分析、高 特異性PCR法鋻定生藥蘄蛇)，同時還設置了藥用植物 園和 標本室的實習，因此具有很好的適教性和較高的參考 價值。
