作者簡介

弗朗索瓦·維克多·塗尚(Francois Victor Tochon)教授,美國威斯康辛麥迪遜大學課程與教學繫世界語言教育組教授,教育及教育心理學哲學博士,課程與教學及應用語言學哲學博士。近20年來,Tochon教授在《教育研究評論》等國際重要學術刊物上發表論文百餘篇,發表專著25部。Tochon教授2010年獲美國教育研究學會(AERA)年度*佳研究評論獎, 2012年獲西班牙格拉納達大學頒發的國際卓越成就獎。其主要研究興趣包括:語言規劃與語言教育政策研究、語言教育哲學、語言符號學以及語言課程與教學研究等。
