本報告從需求、生產和配置三個角度,結合氫產業鏈的不同環節,分別梳理氫應用、氫制備、氫儲運方面的技術現狀,對比不同技術路線的經濟性,提出未來關鍵技術研發方向;結合碳中和能源情景和技術發展趨勢的分析,研判未來氫能需求的規模;基於清潔能源資源評估成果,研究綠氫制備的潛力和經濟性。在此基礎上,報告構建了電-氫零碳能源繫統的統籌優化分析模型,以全繫統用能成本大力度優惠為優化目標,提出了中國遠距離、大規模氫能配置的方案。本報告集合了全球能源互聯網發展合作組織對氫能的相關研究成果,旨在使讀者掌握綠氫產業應用、制備、儲輸等環節的技術現狀和發展趨勢,為政策制定者全面了解氫能發展前景、制定相關政策、規劃發展路徑提供參考。
