《技術性貿易措施農產品貿易與競爭優勢研究（英文版）》從政治、經濟和法律等多角度綜合考察了技術性貿易措施、產業競爭優勢與產業安全之間的動態關繫，在理論和實證層面試圖解決以下三個問題：一，探索引起各國農產品技術性貿易措施管制強度顯著差異的政治經濟性影響因素，尤其與產品競爭優勢和產業安全的關繫；二，進口國技術性貿易措施嚴格程度對出口國農產品出口規模和競爭優勢的影響；三，出口國技術性貿易措施嚴格程度對其總體和分市場出口規模和競爭優勢的影響。本研究成果有重要的現實意義和應用價值：有利於把握國際技術性貿易措施發展趨勢，借鋻其他發展中國家經驗；有利於健全我國農食產品進出口技術性貿易措施體繫，保障國民健康安全、生態安全和產業安全；有利於確定重點保護產業和保護形式，提前進行產業布局和技術升級，合理選擇出口目的地，防範進出口風險，把握國際市場機遇。
