作者簡介

Pro. Shi Xianmingobtained a bachelors degree in major of English language and culture
at Sichuan International Studies University, a master's degree in major of
jurisprudence and a doctor's degree in major of international law at Southwest
University of Political Science and Law, and was once an academic visitor (May
2010 to May 2011) in the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford. He is now
a professor at law and the chairman of Professors' Committee of the Law School
of Yunnan University of Finance and Economics,a standing council member of
China Society of Private International Law, and a vice president of Education
Law Research Institute of Yunnan Provincial Law Society. Pro. Shi is
specialized in legal methodology and international law, and has published three
academic treatises and nearly forty academic essays in Chinese and English
languages.

石現明教授，先後獲四川外國語大學英語語言文化專業學士學位、西南政法大學法理學專業碩士學位和國際法學專業博士學位，並曾在牛津大學法學院作訪問學者（2010年5月-2011年5月）。現為雲南財經大學法學院教授、教授委員會主任，中國國際私法學會常務理事，雲南省法學會教育法治研究會副會長。主要從事法律方法論和國際法的研究，已出版學術專著3部，發表中英文學術論文近40篇。
