內容簡介

作者簡介

張長青，主任醫師，教授，醫學博士，博士生導師。現任上海交通大學附屬第六人民醫院副院長，上海市創傷骨科臨床醫學中心主任。亞太重建顯微外科候任主席，中華醫學會顯微外科學分會候任主任委員、中國醫師協會骨科醫師分會副會長、中華醫學會骨科分會委員、中華醫學會骨科分會創傷學組副組長、中國醫師協會創傷委員會副主任、上海市醫師協會骨科醫師分會會長、上海市醫學會顯微外科分會名譽主任委員、上海市醫學會骨科分會副主任委員；擔任《中國修復重建外科雜志》副主委、《國際骨科學雜志》主編、JBJS（Br）特邀審稿專家等多個雜志編委。發表論文180餘篇，其中SCI論文87篇，主編專著12部、主譯專著5部，其中《Wiesel骨科手術學》獲得2014上海市優秀圖書一等獎。

前言

《WIESEL骨科手術學》是一部比肩世界骨科學巨著《坎貝爾骨科學》的打鼎之作，在國內外都有巨大的影響力。2010年前後，上海科學技術出版社引進《WIESEL骨科手術學》英文版版，我組織我科有經驗的專家和骨干醫生，開始了該書的翻譯工作。2013年該書中文版在大陸地區出版和發行，受到國內廣大骨科醫生的歡迎，已成為骨科醫生重要的手術學參考工具書之一。我自己也將該書作為案頭書，遇到有困惑的手術，就翻開看一看，我感覺該書的實用性與其他骨科學術著作相比有明顯優勢。
近十年是中國骨科學發展迅猛的時期，一大批年輕骨科醫生在實踐中成長，技術水平有非常大的提高，一些亞專業技術也逐漸發展至國際領先水平。然而也必須看到，我國骨科的臨床水平還存在著巨大的不平衡，各級醫院臨床醫生的技術能力還有較大差距，所以在學習國際先進技術的同時，加強臨床規範，依然任重道遠。
正如Sam W.Wiesel教授所言，每位手術者計劃開展一項手術時，都需思考三個主要問題∶為何要做該手術?何時是手術時機?采用哪些手術技巧比較合適?作為一位從事骨科專業學術研究和臨床工作三十多年的老醫生，我依然在臨床一線耕耘，能夠充分理解學無止境的道理，每次手術對我來說都是一次學習之旅。面對患者，我們必須認真思考∶需要手術治療嗎?采用哪些手術方法或技巧更合適呢?
在當前，如何把握手術指征、減少非必要手術，是我們需要直面和解決的問題。同時，不斷提升手術的精確性，提高手術的技巧，讓手術更加完美，這也是骨科醫生追求的目標。
